Saltwater began with a gift: my friends bought me a 125-gallon aquarium, and eventually that gift grew into an entire world. Guests dressed for an ocean-inspired Met Gala, explored my three home aquariums, ate a 15-course omakase, and eventually met THE CREATURE. At the center of the night was one question: What stays with you when all else goes?
